Gray leads Cowgirls to win over Emporia State
Vivian Gray scored a game-high 20 points to lead the Oklahoma State Cowgirls to a 87-66 win over Emporia State in an exhibition basketball game Sunday at Gallagher-Iba Arena in Stillwater.
The senior forward also pulled down nine rebounds and handed out six assists. Three other Cowgirls - forward Natasha Mack and guards Ja'Mee Asberry and Sara Rodrigues - each scored 10 points.
Mack led OSU in rebounds with 12. The Cowgirls raced to an 18-10 lead after the first quarter and widened their lead to 42-20 at halftime.
