Offenses off to slow start in Fort Worth

FORT WORTH, TEXAS -- It looks different from the Big 12 game that happened last night.

Midway through the second quarter, the Oklahoma State football team leads Texas Christian University 3-0 at Amon G. Carter Stadium. Unlike the battle of high-powered offenses in which Oklahoma defeated West Virginia on Friday, the matchup in Fort Worth has featured sluggish offenses.

The Cowboys' points came from a Matt Ammendola field goal in the first quarter. OSU has accumulated only 40 yards of offense but has 41 penalty yards against it.

Cowboy quarterback Taylor Cornelius is throwing 4-for-9 for 25 yards.
