Hubbard Says Wallace Will Win Biletnikoff
Tylan Wallace was about to get a haircut when he got a phone call telling him he was a finalist for the Biletnikoff Award.
Wallace, a sophomore, said he was constantly checking his phone throughout the day anxiously waiting on something before he finally got the call.
