No one brought more energy to the Gallagher-Iba Arena crowd Saturday than center Kalib Boone.
In the Oklahoma State men’s basketball team’s 83-66 victory against Oklahoma, Boone’s instant spark led the Cowboys to a lead it would never relinquish.
OSU went to Boone in his first possession on the court. He converted on a jump hook in the lane which started his offensive outburst.
He has benefitted from OSU’s new inside-out offensive mentality. The Cowboys’ most natural post scorer, Boone had 12 first half points.
