On Thursday night, a handful of former Pokes got their first taste of NFL action. Twelve preseason games filled the air waves and fans across the country whetted their appetite for Sundays this fall. Let’s see how some former Cowboys fared.
Rudolph-to-Washington, Preseason Edition
Both members of OSU’s all-time leading passer-catcher duo debuted as Steelers on Thursday night. James Washington saw action early grabbing a pass in the first half. Rudolph took over for Landry Jones and Josh Dobbs for the entirety of the the second.
Then the two hooked up for a 35-yard freebie and Rudolph led all Pittsburgh passers with 101 yards on 7-of-12 passing.
