The NFL season kicked off this past weekend and there were several former Cowboys in action. Let’s run through some of the top storylines and highlights from Week 1.
Carson Looked Fresh, Flowers Back to Starting
The Seahawks’ bell cow took the lion’s share of the rushing load in Seattle’s 26-16 win over the Indianapolis Colts. Carson toted the rock 16 times for 91 yards. He also caught all three passes thrown his way for 26 yards.
On the other side of the ball, fellow former Cowboy Tre Flowers returned to the top of the depth chart, starting at left cornerback.
