Only three true freshmen saw the field on Saturday as Oklahoma State routed Boise State.
While the trio isn’t big in numbers, playing them made a tangible impact, most notably in Jarrick Bernard, who played a key role as a backup safety. He also blocked a punt in the game and thrust himself into the spotlight as a promising up-and-comer in Knowles’ system. He even joined Jordan Brailford and Calvin Bundage’s sack party.
Would expect Jordan Brailford's third sack to be changed and given to Jarrick Bernard today. Pretty clearly 24, not 94, on the delayed blitz.
