NCB 2015 CFB Previews: Oklahoma State Cowboys

Oklahoma State head coach Mike Gundy has quietly built one of the steadiest programs in the country.

Despite constant turnover at the quarterback position (since the departure of Brandon Weeden it seems Gundy is always losing a quarterback to injury or transfer, and never graduation), injury woes, and sharing a conference with some serious heavyweights (the Pokes traded Oklahoma and Texas’ shadow for TCU and Baylor’s) Oklahoma State manages to always perform mostly the same: an above average team built on Air Raid tenets with more rushing than one might expect.

The 2014 iteration of the Oklahoma State Cowboys got off to a good start, taking defending national champion Florida State to the wire in what would turn out to be the first of many chinks in the Seminoles’ armor.
