Braxtin Miller might be a freshman, but her play suggests otherwise.
The No. 24 Oklahoma State women’s basketball team beat No. 17 West Virginia 79-73 on Wednesday night in Stillwater, as Miller tied a career-high with 23 points.
Miller, a three-time state champion from Centerville, Ohio, has averaged 10.8 points a game in her debut season, third on the team in that category.
After a loss at Kansas State on Saturday, OSU (13-3 overall, 4-2 Big 12) and Miller bounced back. Her four 3-pointers is a career-high, and she also had five assists in 37 minutes.
