Mason Rudolph throws a pass, which was intercepted, during Bedlam on Nov. 28 at Boone Pickens Stadium.
The surgery was reportedly for a broken bone in Rudolph's right foot, an injury he is believed to have suffered in OSU's 45-35 loss to Baylor on Nov. 21.
In the Cowboys' 58-23 loss to Oklahoma on Saturday, Rudolph played only three plays, throwing an incompletion on each, including a pick six on his final pass attempt.
Rudolph started 14 straight games for OSU before Saturday.
His status for the Cowboys' bowl game is yet to be determined.
