Loryn Goodwin was drafted in the second round of the 2018 WNBA Draft Thursday evening. Goodwin will stay close to home after the Cypress, Texas native was drafted No. 18 overall by the Dallas Wings. Goodwin was a key part of this 2017-2018 Cowgirl Basketball squad that went to the NCAA Tournament.
Goowin had a 41.2 field goal percentage and was 26.2 percent from the 3-point line. She scored 660 points last year and averaged 20.6 PPG. She also was great defensively getting 185 defensive boards 111 steals and four blocks on the year.
