STILLWATER — During Landon Wolf's two years as an Oklahoma State walk-on, he and Taylor Cornelius have bonded on the Cowboys' second team.
That combo was put on display during Saturday's spring game, with Wolf, a rising redshirt sophomore from Tulsa East Central, hauling in a team-best 99 receiving yards. After they connected for the day's first score, a 52-yard touchdown, Cornelius later found Wolf amid three defenders for a 29-yard gain, one of Wolf's five catches.
With OSU losing James Washington, Marcell Ateman and Chris Lacy to the NFL, there is an opportunity for Wolf to move up the depth chart.
