The Los Angeles Lakers signed Jeffrey Carroll, the team announced Thursday.
Carroll went undrafted, but the Lakers quickly picked up the former Oklahoma State guard and signed him to an Exhibit 10 contract. This appears to be the same deal with the Lakers just making it official.
Carroll played with Los Angeles in the NBA summer league, where the Lakers finished second in Las Vegas. Carroll averaged 4.2 points a game on 48-percent shooting. He also played three games with the Lakers in the Sacramento summer league where he averaged 6.7 points, shooting 44 percent.
