The Big 12 released its end-of-season awards and a pair of Oklahoma State’s big men were honored.
Kalib Boone was named to the All-Big 12 Third Team, his first all-conference honor, and Moussa Cisse earned All-Defensive team honors for the second year in a row. Cisse was named Co-Defensive Player of the Year last season.
Boone has had a career season averaging 11.5 points per game, 5.1 rebounds and is third in the Big 12 in blocks at 1.1 per game. He had an impressive stretch from Jan. 2 through Feb. 1 in which he scored in double digits in nine of 10 games (he had eight in the other).
