The College Football Hall of Fame on Monday unveiled its list of candidates for enshrinement as part of the 2023 class, and Oklahoma State has one name on the ballot in former standout receiver Justin Blackmon.
The 80-man list has just seven receivers on the ballot, with Blackmon and former Florida State standout Peter Warrick leading the way. Blackmon is the only of the seven receivers (and only in college football history) to twice win the Biletnikoff Award, given annually to the best college football wide receiver. That award began in 1994.
Blackmon is also one of the youngest candidates.
