Oklahoma State’s hunt for a running back commitment in the 2020 recruiting class continued Wednesday with a new offer to a junior college prospect from Alabama.
La’damian Webb, a 5-foot-8, 190-pound recruit originally from Opelika, Alabama, announced the offer via his Twitter account. Webb attends Jones County Junior College in Mississippi, the same state where he’s long been expected to play in. Coming out of high school he signed with Mississippi State but failed to qualify academically — twice — before a short stint at Hutchinson Community College paved the way for his time now at Jones.
Webb is a 2020 prospect with experience and talent who should figure to be a major priority in the cycle for OSU.
