Junior college defensive back Antwan Hadley will not join the Oklahoma State Cowboys for the upcoming season. The former Butler Community College standout was a late commit for the school back in February.
According to Mark Cooper of the Tulsa World Journal, the reason Hadley won’t be able to transfer is due to a lack of class credits from Butler.
As of now, he is keeping his options open and has Division II programs like Pittsburg State in Kansas and the University of Nebraska at Kearney on his radar.
It’s certainly a blow for Oklahoma State, as the Cowboys ranked 94th in total defense last season and could have used help in the secondary.
