It’s been a wild week for Oklahoma State coaching announcements. Last Friday, it was announced that offensive line coach Greg Adkins had been dismissed. Now one week later, OSU has found his replacement.
Oklahoma State has named Josh Henson as offensive line coach. Henson, an Oklahoma State alum, served as an offensive analyst for Mike Gundy in 2016, before taking a job as the assistant head coach/offensive line and run game coordinator at Arizona State last month.
The hiring of Henson isn’t just big for the offensive line. With Marcus Arroyo leaving to take a coaching position at Oregon, Oklahoma State lost the man many believed to be the team’s best recruiter.
