Joseph Randle arrested in Kansas, accused of battery, drug possession

Former Dallas Cowboy Joseph Randle has been arrested in Kansas again, this time on charges of battery, drug possession and criminal damage, court records there show.

Randle, a 24-year-old Wichita, Kan. native, was booked into the Sedgwick County Jail about 8 a.m. Sunday.

This is his fifth arrest in the last 17 months for Randle, who played for Oklahoma State.

The Cowboys released the running back in November, a decision that may have resulted from his run-ins with authorities and allegations of involvement in sports gambling.

Earlier this month, Randle was booked into the Irving Jail on a speeding charge.
