Smith, who won gold medals at the 1988 and 1992 Olympics at 62kg, will join the set of NBCSN and NBC Sports Live Extra for coverage of the Olympic trials Saturday and Sunday, as well as this year’s Olympic Games this August in Rio.
Nine former and current OSU wrestlers will partake in the trials, including national champions Alex Dieringer and Dean Heil.
