Oklahoma State beat Northeastern State 94-54 Sunday in Gallagher-Iba Arena in its final exhibition game.
Jensen spent time with fellow sophomore Mandy Coleman rotating in for LaShawn Jones last season. In the offseason, Jensen said she spent a lot of time running because the coaching staff wanted her as a starter.
“They knew coming into this year that I was supposed to get big minutes,” Jensen said. “They really we’re looking at me to do that.”
Jensen proved the coaching staff right in the first exhibition against East Central where she had a double-double with 22 points and 10 rebounds.
