Other than those uniforms, this game was once again never pretty for the Cowboys.

OSU was forced to punt on its first three drives of the game with Alan Bowman leading as QB1 in the same rotational plan coach Mike Gundy had Week 1 against Central Arkansas. Bowman led the Cowboys to a touchdown on his fourth and final possession, though, as he went 4-of-5 for 45 yards in the drive.
