STILLWATER — Driving drown McElroy Road three weeks ago, Josh Holliday saw his dreams begin to become reality.
Amid the construction truck and chain-link fence, Holliday, ingrained with the past of the Oklahoma State baseball program, could make out its future home. Thursday, OSU unveiled the plans for its new baseball complex, set to make its debut in 2020 at Washington and McElroy, a long-awaited move discussed since before Holliday became OSU's coach six seasons ago.
“To be part of helping build the next chapter in this program's history, to be able to do it and have a chance to do it at such a spectacular level, it's just kind of hard to believe,” Holliday said.
