Chris Harris Jr.'s freshman season on the Oklahoma State men's basketball team has ended early because of an injury.
Coach Mike Boynton said Harris, a guard from Dallas, is set to undergo knee surgery Friday.
"We'll know more after the surgery in terms of recovery time and all that stuff," Boynton said.
Harris' injury happened when the Cowboys faced TCU on Feb. 5, and it was then identified as a lower left leg injury, per an OSU Athletics representative. Harris hasn't played since then.
