Oklahoma State escaped bowl season with a relatively clean bill of health all things considered, but the trip to Orlando, Florida, wasn’t without its lumps.
Per a source close to him, true freshman Cowboy Back Baron Odom, a 6-foot-5 pass-catcher from Wynnewood, Oklahoma, suffered a torn ACL in bowl practice that (obviously) sidelined him for the remainder of the trip and for the foreseeable future.
Odom was a late addition to OSU’s 2017 recruiting class who came in at 210 pounds, but per the source he’s already up to 242 pounds — an indication that he’s been grinding and taking advantage of his redshirt season as he gears up to contribute in 2018.
