A sophomore safety from Kennedale, Texas, took time out of his week for a quick trip to Stillwater.
JD Coffey is a four star prospect who recorded 88 tackles and 6 interceptions as a freshman, and added another 66 tackles and 6 interceptions as a sophomore. Coffey played in the state championship game as a freshman and said it was a great experience. As for his visit to Stillwater, Coffey said he enjoyed what Oklahoma State has to offer.
“I really enjoyed Oklahoma State,” Coffey said. “I like different things about [OSU]. The facilities [were good] and the coaches were very welcoming, and I liked practice.
