Jeremiah Johnson is coming home.
Johnson, a four-star guard in the 2024 recruiting class, announced his commitment to Oklahoma State on Saturday. Listed at 6-foot-4, 180 pounds, Johnson spent time at Putnam City City North and Norman North before leaving the state’s borders last season to play at Wasatch Academy in Utah. Johnson will play this upcoming season with Phoenix Prep in the Overtime Elite League.
Johnson also held offers to Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, TCU, SMU and others.
“I chose Oklahoma State because it just feels like home to me,” Johnson said. “I have a great connection with the coaching staff up there, and I know so many people already at the school — not just basketball, on the football team, soccer team and also just students there.
