Chris Harris Jr., a four-star shooting guard prospect from Garland, Texas, has committed to the Oklahoma State men's basketball team.
Harris, a former Texas A&M commit, narrowed down his recommitment to OSU and defending national runner-up Texas Tech, and officially announced his commitment to OSU in an announcement ceremony Thursday afternoon. The NCAA released Harris from his original commitment to Texas A&M after the Aggies fired their coach, Billy Kennedy.

OSU coach Mike Boynton and the Cowboys had three scholarships available after the recently announced transfer of freshman forward Duncan Demuth, and Boynton and his staff made an aggressive push toward landing Harris.
