Four Oklahoma State softball players were named to the National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-Region Teams, announced Thursday.
Vanessa Shippy, the 2018 Big 12 Player of the Year, makes her third straight appearance on the first team, with Taylor Lynch and Madi Sue Montgomery also earning first-team spots. Maddi Holcomb was selected to the second team.
This is the third straight year that Lynch has been honored by the NFCA, while it marks the second career honor for Montgomery and the first for Holcomb, who is wrapping up her senior season in Stillwater.
Oklahoma State has had at least three players selected to the NFCA All-Region teams in each of Kenny Gajewski's three seasons as head coach.
