Former Oklahoma State running back Joseph Randle faces possible suspension from Dallas Cowboys for violating NFL's personal conduct policy

Oklahoma State turned Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle might face an NFL suspension for violating the the league's personal conduct policy, according to multiple reports.

Randle, who tallied more than 3,000-yards rushing and 40 touchdowns over three seasons at OSU (2010-12), was arrested twice over the past year. Last October, at a Frisco, Texas, mall for shoplifting and again in February for marijuana possession in Wichita, Kan., after police were called to a domestic disturbance with a weapon concerning an incident with Randle and the mother of his son.

On Tuesday, Randle was demoted as the Cowboys' stater for Darren McFadden, and one day later, Randle reportedly left the team's practice facility prior to a scheduled treatment for a strained oblique.
