Former Oklahoma State RB Tyreek Hill won’t face child abuse charges

Johnson County Kansas District Attorney Steve Howe has declined to file charges against former Oklahoma State running back/kick returner and current Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill and Crystal Espinal, whom is engaged to Hill, in an ongoing investigation for alleged child abuse.

Howe said Wednesday that his office does believe a crime occurred, but there wasn’t conclusive evidence to prove who committed it.

Hill was under investigation for two incidents of suspected child abuse after Overland Park (Kan.) Police were called to his home March 15 for an alleged battery involving their 3-year-old son that reportedly resulted in a broken arm.
