Seven former Cowboy golfers teed it up at the Workday Charity Open, but they all struggled at some point to get going.
Taylor Gooch(2014), Viktor Hovland(2019) and Kevin Tway (2011) were the first three Cowboys on the course.
Gooch started hot with birdies on two of his first four holes but then cooled off. He finished at 1-under.
Viktor Hovland started off struggling to score. He found himself 3-over through 10 holes, but went nuclear after that firing off six birdies on his last eight holes to finish at 3-under.
