Oklahoma State is still looking for their first running back commit for 2020. While there’s a strong chance that could finally happen Sunday, the coaching staff got some more good news on that front.
On Friday night, three-star running back Isaiah Jacobs of Owasso included Oklahoma State in his top-five schools announcement.
Along with the Cowboys, Jacobs included Arkansas, Maryland, Michigan and Ole Miss. Among the teams Jacobs left on the cutting room floor are Colorado, Kansas, Kansas State, Iowa State and Nebraska.
Jacobs is the 11th-ranked player in the state of Oklahoma for 2020 and the 59th-ranked running back in the nation.
