The Cowboys fell to Iowa State 72-59 on Saturday in Ames in the Pokes’ first game since Michael Weathers, Maurice Calloo and Kentrevious Jones were dismissed. It’s tough to draw too much from the game, considering it was the first time to Cowboys had to play with such a shallow bench, but I think it’s safe to say it’s not an ideal situation to be in.
