Three-star defensive tackle Enoch Jackson has trimmed Oklahoma State from his final schools. The Mansfield Legacy product, who had recently included the Pokes in his top six, released a final three on Sunday.
The Pokes were edged out in the cut by Clemson, Arkansas and Texas Tech.

Jackson was a long-time defensive tackle target whom OSU had hoped to reel in from Texas, a run-stuffer a la Mote Maile.
