Oklahoma State’s 2020 commitment list grew to three on Sunday when defensive tackle Grant Mahon, a 6-3, 250-pound prospect from Denton Ryan (Texas), committed to the Cowboys via Twitter.
Mahon’s commitment comes after he was offered a scholarship by Oklahoma State in early March. He made the early decision over Minnesota, who also extended him a scholarship offer in March.
With Mahon in the fold, OSU’s 2020 recruiting class is officially off and running. Already ranked 19th in the country by 247Sports’ service, Mahon gives OSU the 16th-ranked class in 2020. He joins four-star lineman Eli Russ and three-star corner Jabbar Muhammad, who both committed in late April.
