After spending two years at his alma mater Mustang High School as an assistant coach, David Glidden has been hired by the Memphis Tigers as an offensive quality control guy for 2018.
We talked to Glidden a few months ago about his entrance into the post-playing coaching world when he transitioned from playing with the Atlanta Falcons to coaching for the Mustang Broncos. Birds to mammals.
“It’s been an adjustment for sure,” Glidden said. “The adjustment from going from college to the pro game was definitely a big one. From there, when I went from Atlanta back to coaching at the high school level might have been an even bigger adjustment.
