Daniels to miss rest of season with injury

Darrion Daniels, a senior defensive tackle on the Oklahoma State football team, isn't expected to play in another game for the Cowboys this year.

Daniels is out with a season-ending injury, OSU coach Mike Gundy announced Saturday after the Cowboys' road victory against Kansas.

Daniels didn't join the Cowboys on their trip to Lawrence, Kansas, as he got injured last week. Saturday morning, Mark Cooper of the Tulsa World reported that Daniels suffered a finger injury that needs surgery.

Daniels, from Dallas, has made an impact for the Cowboys since his freshman season, when he played in every game.
