UFC President Dana White threw cold water on reports of a championship fight between UFC heavyweight champion and former Oklahoma State wrestler Daniel Cormier and former champion Brock Lesnar at UFC 240 in August. The promotion could end up booking a rematch between Stipe Miocic and Cormier.
“That fight isn’t even in the works. That fight might not even happen,” White said of the reported Cormier vs. Lesnar match. “That fight might not even happen first.”

“That’s what Cormier said, too,” White replied. “Nothing happened. We haven’t even talked to Brock.
