INDIANAPOLIS — So Jerry Jones thinks about Dez Bryant.
The Cowboys owner and general manager said Thursday afternoon he thinks about the possibility of returning the wide receiver to the organization.
But where Jones thinks about Bryant, raised some eyebrows.
“I have not talked to Dez directly,” Jones said from the scouting combine during a nearly 90 minute state of the team address with reporters who cover the team on a daily basis. “I’ve been thinking about it a lot in the shower. I have been.”
Bryant, a 2010 first-round pick out of Oklahoma State, hasn’t played in two seasons.
