One of the best things about the Pokes playing the Mountaineers today is who they line up against next Saturday – OU. This seems like a typical trap game for West Virginia.
This is a tricky finishing stretch for West Virginia, to end the season with back to backs against the Oklahoma schools that are generally amongst the league’s best. OSU hasn’t been great this year but they can score points and they’ve flashed on defense from time to time.
I think West Virginia will struggle with the OSU balance as well as Tylan Wallace’s ability to execute double moves against off coverage.
