Will Mitchell Solomon, one of the more prolific rebounders in recent history, be most well-known for a play in the open court?
“Biggest play in the game: Stealing the ball from (Young), who will probably be the national player of the year … and then absolutely giving everything he has so his team can have a chance to win.”
Solomon has recorded more than 2,000 minutes of Oklahoma State playing time, and the great majority of that time was spent in the paint, but his biggest defensive play so far occurred with 45 seconds left in the second half Saturday — the steal that happened in the Sooners backcourt.
