When the lights came on, so did the Oklahoma State women’s basketball team.
The Cowgirls defeated Idaho State 70-52 on Friday at Gallagher-Iba Arena after a tough first half, which saw the Cowgirls tied with the Bengals with 7:31 left in the second quarter.
In the first quarter, Idaho State shot 4-for-17 for 11 points, while the Cowgirls shot 6-for-17 for 17 points. The Cowgirls also had 17 rebounds.
At the half, Idaho State shot 8-for-32 for 24 points, the Cowgirls shot 10-for-33 for 30 points.
Natasha Mack had a strong first half, as she went 3-for-7 for eight points and seven rebounds.
