Oklahoma State put up efforts on both sides of the ball against Texas Tech, giving the Cowgirls a redefining win to shift momentum moving into the final five games of the regular season.
Coming off a six-game losing streak, the Cowgirls clinched a 60-50 win against the Red Raiders on Wednesday in Lubbock. TTU’s 50 points ties the lowest for an OSU opponent this season.
Hannah Gusters, Stailee Heard and Quincy Noble were responsible for 50 of the Cowgirls’ 60 points, making for a tough matchup for TTU (16-10, 5-8 Big 12).
“Hannah did a great job early of just finishing around the rim, I think our kids did a great job of finding her,” OSU coach Jacie Hoyt said.
