Cowgirls set for final meet of 2018 against WTAMU

For the Oklahoma State equestrian team, home has never felt sweeter. The Cowgirls will saddle up for their final meet of 2018 against West Texas A&M at 10 a.m. Saturday at Totusek Arena.

OSU (1-4 overall, 1-1 Big 12) is coming off a grueling road stretch with meets against three top-seven teams in the nation. Despite leaving empty-handed all three times, coach Larry Sanchez is keeping the optimism high.

“One of the things I’m extremely proud of is the way the they’ve (the riders) been handling this season thus far,” Sanchez said.
