Braxtin Miller couldn’t save the day this time.
With a right knee injury hampering its third leading scorer, the third seeded Oklahoma State women’s basketball team was eliminated from the Big 12 Tournament after a 69-60 loss to six seed West Virginia on Saturday night in Oklahoma City.
Miller, who had a career-high 23 points when OSU previously played WVU, left the game with a non-contact right knee injury with 8:56 left in the second quarter.
In her absence, the Cowgirls’ offense sputtered, and though she came back at the beginning of the third quarter and scored seven points in the second half, the team’s ball movement and focus lacked throughout the game.
