Cowgirls get late win in high-scoring game, advance to regional final

When her team needed her most, Chyenne Factor answered the call.

In a lineup that featured six underclassmen, Factor, a freshman on the Oklahoma State softball team, made her mark on Cowgirl's 13-10 win against Tulsa on Friday at Cowgirl Stadium.

The Cowgirls (41-14) took a 4-0 lead after stellar baserunning from Chelsea Alexander and Rylee Bayless.

OSU's problems started to show in the bottom of the third.

Starting pitcher Samantha Clakley gave up five runs capped off by a three-run home run to left, putting the Cowgirls behind on their home field.

Junior Logan Simunek replaced Show with two outs in the inning.
