The Oklahoma State women’s soccer team scored its most goals against a Big 12 opponent in eight years in its 5-2 win against Kansas on Thursday at Neal Patterson Stadium.
OSU faced physical play from the Jayhawks but came out on top.
Camy Huddleston started off strong and scored off of a corner kick by Jaci Jones.
Shortly thereafter, Jones received a yellow card but it didn’t slow the Cowgirls’ (8-1-3, 1-1-1 Big 12) momentum. The Cowgirls have faced much more physical play since the start of their conference season.
Kansas (9-4-0, 1-2-0 Big 12) played aggressively but was unable to find the back of the goal during the first half.
