The end of the Oklahoma State women’s tennis team’s match was closer than the Cowgirls’ top player would have liked.
OSU pulled through, however, rebounding from its first loss in almost two months to sweep Wichita State 4-0 on Friday at Michael and Anne Greenwood Tennis Center.
The match was in hand for the No. 13 Cowgirls, as they held up 3-0 lead, but senior Vladica Babic found herself in a tight contest on Court 1 at the end.
Babic bageled No. 68 Fatima Bizhukova in her first set, however, the second was much more of a back-and-forth battle.
