Only one Cowgirl represented the team at the Sooner Invitational in Norman, while four competed in the Country Club of Little Rock in Little Rock, Arkansas.
The Country Club of Little Rock included title wins in doubles and singles. The doubles finals featured two Cowgirl pairings, seniors Kelsey Laurente and Maria Alvarez against the winners, Katarina Adamovic and Vladica Babic. Adamovic and Babic won in a thrilling fashion, 7-6, to capture the title while Laurente and Alvarez went on to take home titles in the singles competition.
Carla Tur Mari, the lone Cowgirl at the Sooner Invitational, finished up her weekend with wins in three of her four matches.
